The Edith project involved converting a garage into a separate living space. The original idea was to tear down and rebuild the garage with the same dimensions and location, but the client decided to include a kitchenette and bathroom.

We updated the design and construction drawings to meet the new specifications. We also recommended to create a vaulted ceiling with skylights, and to swap the garage door with a glass door and window. We installed another window on the side facing the backyard.

The outcome was a stunning and practical space that complemented the architectural style of the main house. The Edith project showed our ability to adjust to changing demands and provide high-quality solutions.
