Design Phase

Our design phase consultation provides concrete ideas about remodeling, addition, and new construction. This consultation includes detailed design ideas, an estimation for the cost of the specific design or design changes, and a possible timeline and schedule for the construction drawings, engineering, and permit applications.

Post-Design Phase

Our post-design phase consultation occurs during construction and addresses the possible change order, methods of repair, renovation, remodeling, addition, and new construction.
