Stunning Spanish Mediterranean MacGregor Remodel.

This house was built in 1930 as a modest one bedroom, one bath home with limited space, functionality, and natural light. It has been transformed into a spacious and elegant three bedroom, two and a half bath home with a two-story addition at the back.

The design goal was to improve the flow and circulation of the house, create enough living space for a family of four without compromising the harmony with the neighborhood, and enhance the aesthetic appeal of the house. The result is a stunning beauty with high-end finishes and craftsmanship throughout.

The main level features a bright and airy living room with vaulted ceilings, a dining room connected to the kitchen, a guest bath, and a bedroom. The kitchen island provides extra counter space and seating, and a skylight brings more natural light to the dining area.

The upper level is a master bedroom suite retreat with a full bath and a walk-in closet. The addition at lower level has another bedroom and a laundry room. The backyard is landscaped with a patio and a lawn. This house is a perfect blend of old-world charm and modern comfort.
